A highly motivated accounting and financial management professional with over fourteen years of solid experience in a diversity of industries and a wide range of services aside of traditional accounting and auditing services.  This experience includes almost five years of private accounting serving as controller, financial analyst, and senior financial analyst for private companies and over nine years in public accounting in Puerto Rico.  Achievements oriented with strong analytical, financial, organizational and planning skills.  He is capable of improving, developing and applying internal controls for the reliability and timely of financial reports.  Also, he has the ability to identify operational deficiencies and redesign systems for improvements.  Effective leader, motivator and communicator with the ability to organize priorities to complete complex project simultaneously and achieve organization’s objectives.  In addition, has work as professor teaching accounting and finance courses at Inter American University of Puerto Rico - Ponce Campus and the University of Puerto Rico – Ponce Campus.
